Wes Clark signs with Umana Reyer Venezia

Wes Clark (183 cm, G) is moving from Germany to Italy. Clark started the season with Chemnitz in the German BBL, where he notched just under 10 ppg in 17 minutes per contest. Now on his way to Venice, Clark will look to help coach Walter De Raffaele and the 6-6 squad. They are currently in 8th place in the SerieA standings. Venice also played in the Eurocup.

With a record of 2-8 in the group phase, they were eliminated from the competition a couple of weeks ago.

Clark, 26 years old, is in his third year as a pro. Clark is no stranger to the Italian SerieA as he played there the two previous seasons also. Last year he averaged 14.7 ppg and 3.5 assists for Cantu.

Wes Clark played college basketball for Missouri and transferred to Buffalo for his senior year. There he averaged 15.5 ppg and 5.4 assists.
