Warren Carter picked up by Nes-Ziona

Warren Carter (205 cm, Illinois´07) will return to Israel this season after signing for Ironi Nes-Ziona of the Winner League. The power forward is no stranger to Israeli Basketball after he played for Elitzur Netanya for seven games during the 2011/2012 season and the entire 2010/2011 campaign for Altshuler Saham Galil Gilboa.

For Gilboa the American played six Euro cup games (averages of 13.0ppg and 6.0rpg) and 31 Winner League games (11.6ppg and 5.4rpg), while he also played the Euroleague qualifying rounds that season.

Warren Carter spent last season in Turkey, but more recently he has been with Trotamundos de Carabobo (Venezuela, LPB) where he played ten games this summer. Over those appearances the 28-year old offered averages of 11.3 points and 5.0 rebounds per game. Carter has also played in Spain and Greece as well as several other European countries.
