Vitoria renews sponsorship deal with Caja Laboral

Spanish Basketball team Saski Baskonia Vitoria (ACB, Euroleague) has announced an extension agreement to extend its current sponsorship deal. Under the terms of the extension Vitoria will continue to be named after its sponsor Caja Laboral until June 30th 2015.

Savings bank Caja Laboral started sponsoring Saskia Baskonia in 2009 taking over from ceramics company Taulell Castellon and under the terms of the agreement the team assumed the name of the bank, becoming Caja Laboral Vitoria. The continued relationship between the team and its sponsor will ensure financial stability for Vitoria for a further two seasons.

Under the 20-year sponsorship of Taulell Castellon, Vitoria became a major force in both the Spanish ACB and Europe. The team continues to be a potent force even under the sponsorship of Caja Laboral and last won the Spanish title in 2010. the renewed deal will mean that Caja Laboral will have been the teams sponsor for 6-years when it expires.
