Tartu Ulikool/Rock (Estonia-Alexela KML) has signed Australian rookie Venky Jois (203 cm, Eastern Washington’16) and will give him a shot this season. The 23-year-old Jois recently graduated from the University of Eastern Washington and will be making his pro debut this 2016-17. In his senior year Venky played 32 games for his alma mater and was able to average 16.4 ppg and 8.7 rpg. He had a decorated 2015-16 season. Venky Jois was named to the All-Big Sky Conference 1st Team, the CoSIDA NCAA Division I Academic All-District 8 1st Team, and the NABC All-District 6 2nd Team.
