Tyrone Brazelton joins Torku Konyaspor
Torku Konyaspor (Turkey-TBL) has agreed to terms with veteran guard Tyrone Brazelton (183 cm, Western Kentucky’08) and will be adding him to their roster this 2015/16. The 29-year-old Brazelton is coming over after spending the 2014/15 season playing in France for STB Le Havre (Pro A). He played 34 games for his former club and was able to register averages of 13.1 ppg and 3.6 apg.
In the 2013-14 season he played for Nevezis Kedainiai (Lithuania-LKL). He logged six games for them in the regional Baltic league and averaged 14.7 ppg and 4.2 apg. He also played eight games for them in the Lithuanian league and there posted averages of 16.8 ppg and 4.5 apg.
In January 2014 Brazelton moved to Tsmoki-Minsk (Belarus-Premier League) and there he was able to play in one Premier League game where he tallied nine points and seven assists. Tyrone logged eight games for them in the VTB United League and there he averaged 9.8 ppg and 2.8 apg. He also played for them in their EuroChallenge run and he averaged 8.1 ppg and 3.3 apg in seven games.
