Baskonia continued its late-season surge by fending off ALBA 85-68 at home for its third straight victory. Baskonia started the fourth quarter with a 15-4 run to improve its record to 10-19. Rokas Giedraitis led the way with 22 points for Baskonia, and Wade Baldwin had 16 points, seven rebounds, and ten assists. ALBA had its four-game winning streak snapped to fall to 11-17.
FC Barcelona 82-70 Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade
Barcelona grabbed its sixth consecutive home win by downing Zvezda 82-70 on Friday. Barca leads the standings with a 22-6 record and is already qualified for the playoffs. Zvezda dropped to 13-16 and saw its four-game winning streak end. Nikola Mirotic led the winners with 19 points, while Dante Exum added 13, including several important baskets, as Zvezda tried to rally late. Ognjen Dobric led the visitors with 17 points.
