Travis Leslie signs with ASVEL

Travis Leslie (193 cm, Georgia’11) will be playing in France’s ProA league this 2013-14 season for ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket. The 23-year-old was originally set to play for JSF Nanterre (France-ProA), but it appears Leslie will be suiting up for ASVEL instead.

Travis spent the 2012-13 season in the NBA’s D-League playing for the Santa Cruz Warriors and even helped them win the D-League Eastern Conference Championship. Leslie played in 42 games for the Warriors and averaged 15.2 ppg and 6.8 rpg. He was the MVP of the D-League’s All-Star Game in 2013 as well.
