Toure Murry leaves Yesilgiresun

Toure Murry (196 cm, Wichita State’12) is leaving Yesilgiresun Belediye (Turkey-BSL). He joined the team as recently as December. Before that, he attended the Minnesota Timberwolves preseason training camp but failed to land a roster spot. In 2015 he was in the training camp of another NBA team. This time the Washington Wizards. After he didn’t make the Wizard’s roster, he headed to the NBA D-League where he signed with the Texas Legends. He would go on to play 36 games for the Legends and post averages of 12.1 ppg and 4.4 rpg. In March 2016 Toure moved to the Sioux Falls Skyforce, also from the NBA D-League. In 16 games for the Skyforce, he managed to deliver averages of 7.4 ppg and 2.4 rpg. With his Turkish team Yesilgiresun, he managed to average 8,3 ppg.
