Torrell Martin heads to BC Orchies

Torrell Martin (196 cm, Winthrop’07) is set to continue his professional career playing for BC Orchies from France’s Pro B. This will be Martin’s fifth French club this season. The previous four teams were all from the Pro A league. He kicked things off with Entente Orleans 45 where he played a couple of games and averaged 11.0 ppg and 3.5 rpg.

In October 2013 Martin moved to the Sharks Antibes where he logged 11 games and where he posted averages of 6.1 ppg and 4.5 rpg. The next stop was Chorale de Roanne Basket which he signed with in January 2014. In five games he averaged 6.4 ppg and 3.0 rpg for Roanne. Finally, his last team before joining Orchies was Pau-Lacq-Orthez where appeared in six games and averaged 4.8 ppg and 2.7 rpg.
