Torey Thomas moves to Cholet

French Pro A team Cholet Basket has signed Torey Thomas (180 cm, Holy Cross’07) to reinforce their backcourt this 2013-14 season. Thomas is coming from another French Pro A team, Le Mans Sarthe Basket. He appeared in two Eurocup games for them and averaged 3.5 ppg and 4.5 apg. The 29-year-old was also able to play in five games in the French league and there he posted averages of 7.2 ppg and 2.4 apg.

Before joining Le Mans, Thomas actually started the 2013-14 season playing for Aliaga Petkim from Turkey’s TBL. He managed to play in only a couple of games for the the Turkish club and averaged 1.5 ppg and 6.0 apg. He left Aliaga in December 2013.
