Delininkaitis to Selcuk Universitesi

Turkish TBL team Torku Selcuk Univeritesi Konya has acquired the services of Lithuanian player Tomas Delininkaitis (190 cm) for the 2013-14 season. He has been a long-time member of the Lithuanian National Team, logging stints in 2005-06, 2008-09 and most recently in 2013. He helped his team bag the silver medal in the 2013 Eurobasket tournament, securing a berth to the Worlds, to be held in Spain in 2014.

The seasoned veteran began this campaign with Latvian club VEF Riga. He managed to play in just one game for them in the Euroleague and he tallied 14 points and one assist. In four Eurocup games he averaged 9.5 ppg and 2.0 apg. Finally, in four games in the VTB United League Tomas hoisted averages of 9.8 ppg and 4.0 apg.
