The Return of a Legend: Milos Teodosic back in Europe
After a lackluster injury-riddled run in the NBA, Milos Teodosic has decided to return to Europe to play basketball. The 32-year-old Serbian point guard is well-known throughout for his long and storied tenure with CSKA Moscow.
This time around, Teodosic is taking his game to Greece, reuniting with former team, Olympiacos S.F.P. Pireus (Greece-A1) on a two-year deal worth $2.5 million.
Olympiacos is coming of a disappointing 2018-19 campaign and now hopes that the addition of a guard of Teodosic’s caliber will be able to change things in their favor in 2019-20.
Plagued by various injuries in 2018-19, Teodosic managed to appear in only 15 games for the Los Angeles Clippers where he averaged 3.2 ppg and 2.1 apg.
However, if now fully healthy and back to 100 percent, we can expect Teodosic to make a much more significant impact for Olympiacos.
