Thaddeus McFadden returns to Usti nad Labem

It is a homecoming of sorts for Thaddeus McFadden (188 cm, Fairmont St.’09), who returns to SLUNETA Usti nad Labem from the Czech Republic’s NBL. McFadden played for Usti nad Labem in the 2011-12 season and scored 18.2 ppg and handed out an average of 4.1 apg. That season the 25-year-old helped the team reach the Czech Republic 1 Liga Semifinals. SLUNETA is currently at the bottom of the NBL standings with a 4-18 record and is looking to McFadden to make a favorable impact with his return.

McFadden returns to Usti nad Labem after playing one season for the New Yorker Phantoms Braunschweig from Germany (BBL). In 15 games of the 2012-13 season McFadden averaged 5.4 ppg and 1.2 apg.
