Shane Edwards now with Alaska Aces

Shane Edwards (201 cm, UALR’09) is now the new import for the Alaska Aces (Philippines-PBA) this 2016. He is coming in to fill the shoes of injured Rob Dozier who is suffering from plantar fasciitis. Edwards has already made his debut for the Alaska Aces and performed admirably with a massive double-double. He scored 36 points and hauled in 20 rebounds. Shane moved to the Philippine club from BG Goettingen (Germany-BBL). He played 16 games for them before parting ways in January 2016. Edwards left averaging 11.7 ppg and 3.9 rpg.

His 2014-15 season was with the Sundsvall Dragons (Sweden-Basketligan). In 31 games he produced averages of 16.1 ppg and 5.2 rpg.
