Sergio El Darwich joins Champville

Rookie guard Sergio El Darwich has joined Lebanese club Champville.

The 24-year-old competed for the University of Maine, wrapping up his collegiate career last season.

El Darwich, a 193-cm player, appeared in 25 games for Maine in his final college campaign and contributed 14.9 points, 5.2 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game. He had a career-high 36 points in an overtime victory over UMass Lowell in January.
