Scottie Reynolds moves to Besiktas
Scottie Reynolds (188 cm, Villanova’10) is leaving Krasnie Krilya Samara (Russia-VTB) and will be joining Besiktas Integral Forex Istanbul (Turkey-TBL). The 27-year-old Reynolds has played 12 games for Krasnie Krilya before his departure and recorded averages of 15.2 ppg and 5.3 apg. Beskitas has been in the market for some help in their backcourt and Scottie’s skills and experience may be just what they are looking for.
Reynolds spent the 2014/15 season initially with CEZ Basketball Nymburk (Czech Republic-NBL). He played four games for them in the Eurocup and averaged 6.0 ppg and 4.5 apg. In four VTB United League games he averaged 10.3 ppg and 5.8 apg. Scottie also played four games in the domestic Czech NBL and there he posted averages of 2.5 ppg and 3.5 apg. He was released by the team in November 2013 and then signed with Hapoel Holon (Israel-Winner League) where he finished the season.
