Phil Jackson to coach Cleveland?

After parting ways with head coach Byron Scott last Thursday the Cleveland Cavaliers have reached out to veteran coaching legend Phil Jackson to guide the franchise forward. Jackson is reported to be interested in returning to the sport after stepping away two years ago, although it is thought the 67-year old would prefer a manager position as opposed to a coaching one.

Throughout his time with the Chicago Bulls and the Los Angeles Lakers Phil Jackson won seven NBA titles, making him one of the most successful figures in the history of American Basketball. The Cleveland Cavaliers will be hoping that Jackson can inject some of his winning mentality into the franchise, if he does indeed accept the offer.
