Pawel Kikowski lands with Capo d’Orlando
Pawel Kikowski (193 cm) agreed to join Betaland Capo d’Orlando (Italy-Serie-A). This is the first move outside his home country, Poland, since 2009. This season, Kikowski played in his third consecutive season with King Szczecin (Poland-PLK). The Polish swingman did not have trouble scoring in the PLK as he totaled 14.0 ppg while shooting 35.9 percent from three and 92.2 percent from the line. Scoring is about all he does as he only averaged 2.3 rpg and 2.2 apg this season. His numbers have shown consistency in Poland as his stats have remained the same in his last five seasons.
Now Kikowski will make his debut in the Italian league with Capo d’Orlando. Right now his new Italian team sits in seventh in the Serie A standings with a 14-13 record. The Italian team hopes for Kikowski to contribute on the scoreboard with his three-point shot and ability to knock down free throws.
