Marin Kukoc removed from Penn’s roster

Marin Kukoc is no longer a member of the Penn men’s basketball team. The son of the former Bulls sixth man and 1995-6 NBA Sixth Man of the Year, and one of the best European players ever, Toni Kukoc, struggled with a back injury and did not play his freshman season, and fought for playing time in his sophomore campaign. The 201 cm guard averaged 2.5 points and 1.6 rebounds per 10 minutes of playing time per game. The exact reasons for the departure of Marin Kukoc have not been confirmed yet, but he is still on campus and enrolled. Marin Kukoc (July 31, 1992) went to Highland Park High school before he enrolled at the University of Pennsylvania. He was also a member of the Croatian U19 National Team and played with them at the U18 European Championship. His father Toni Kukoc is considered to be one of the best European basketball players of all time.Marin Kukoc
