Slovenian team Grosuplje (Telemach League) has signed Mike Bruesewitz (198 cm, Wisconsin’13) for the rest of the season. After graduating from Wisconsin University following the 2012-2013 season, Bruesewitz played abroad in Israel for the past nine months. His team, Hapoel Jerusalem (Winner League), was the regular season runner-up in the Israeli Premier League and Mike Bruesewitz averaged 1.6 ppg with them. Bruesewitz also played 7 games in the Eurocup where he logged only 0.7 ppg. While in Highschool he was voted the Minnesota Gatorade player of the Year and also named the named Minneapolis Star Tribune Metro Area Player of the Year. He posted per-game averages of 17.3 points, 9.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.4 blocks and 1.3 steals as a senior.
