Markel Starks to Igokea

Markel Starks (186 cm, G) has signed with BC Igokea Aleksandovac. Starks is an experienced 30-year-old point guard who has played in Germany, Turkey, Greece, and other high-level leagues.

Markel Starks played the past two seasons in the VTB with Avtodor Saratov. Starks averaged 11.3 ppg and 3.8 apg in 27.5 minutes per contest this season.

Starks played college basketball at Georgetown, where he averaged 17.3 ppg and 4.1 assists his senior year.
