Manny Harris inks with Eskisehir Basket
Manny Harris (197 cm, Michigan’10) has been landed by Eskisehir Basket (Turkey-TBL) for the remainder of the season. He comes from the NBA D-League where he played 15 games for the Los Angeles D-Fenders and averaged 25.7 ppg, 7.1 rpg and 4.7 aspg. Last season was a busy one. He began with the Orlando Magic, but was released in October. Harris then went to the NBA D-League where he signed with the Los Angeles D-Fenders. Manny played 22 games in the D-League and proved to be an impressive scorer as he averaged 31.6 ppg and 7.9 rpg. His productivity caught the eye of the shorthanded Los Angeles Lakers and Manny Harris was signed in January. In nine NBA games Harris averaged 8.1 ppg and 3.8 rpg. Manny later moved back to the D-Fenders after his short run. He ended the season with Turk Telekom (Turkey-TBL) where he played 7 games and averaged 21.6 ppg and 5 rpg.
