Campbell extends with Strasbourg

Louis Campbell (190 cm, Buffalo’02) has extended his contract with French ProA team SIG Strasbourg after spending his debut season with the club. The American joined Strasbourg from German Bundesliga team Walter Tigers Tuebingen where he played 34 games during the 2011-2012 season and averaged 9.6ppg, 3.6rpg, and 4.1apg. The point guard has spent much of his career in Germany but has also enjoyed a two year stint in Japan.

However, it seems that 34-year old Louis Campbell has found a new home during the twilight of his career. The former Oldenburg point guard featured 31 times for Strasbourg throughout this season and logged averages of 10.3ppg, 3.6rpg and 4.6apg.
