Lorrenzo Wade now with Guayama
Lorrenzo Wade (201 cm, San Diego State’09) is now playing for the Brujos de Guayama of Puerto Rico’s BSN this 2017. Wade has already made his debut for his new team and turned in a decent performance in his 13 minutes of the floor with eight points and four rebounds. He had a busy 2016-17 season, seeing action for several teams. He started off playing in the NBA D-League for the Delaware 87ers, where he logged 15 games and posted averages of 11.7 ppg and 4.1 rpg. In January 2017 Wade took his game to Mexico, signing with the Toros de Nuevo Laredo (Mexico-LNBP). In eight games, he averaged 19.8 ppg and 3.8 rpg. In March, Lorrenzo joined Malvin Montevideo (Uruguay-LUB), where he played eight games and averaged 16.3 ppg and 4.4 rpg. Lastly, the American landed with Ferrocarril Oeste Capital Federal (Argentina-Liga A), there he averaged 9.5 ppg and 3.3 rpg in four games.
