LeBron James carries Cavaliers to 3-0 series lead
LeBron James is a special player, like no other we’ve seen in recent history. He willed the Cleveland Cavaliers to a 119-114 win over the Indiana Pacers to take a 3-0 lead in their playoff series. James dropped a monster triple-double as he orchestrated the greatest second-half comeback in NBA playoff history.
With his team down 25 points to start the second half, LeBron took to the court with a sense of urgency and a drive to win like a man possessed. He scored 28 points in the second half, en route to his game-high 41 points. He also added 13 rebounds, 12 assists, six threes, a steal, and two blocks. Four other Cavaliers players scored 13 points each. It was the “LeBron Show” and they were just the supporting cast in this episode.
The Pacers were led by Paul George who also put up an impressive effort of his own. PG-13 dropped 36 points, 15 rebounds, nine assists, five treys and a steal.
