Kelvin Parker (184 cm, Northwestern Missiouri State’04) has signed a deal to play for Rilski Sportist Samokov (Bulgaria-NBL) this season. His 2015-16 season started off late, with him landing with the VOO Wolves Verviers-Pepinster (Belgium-Scooore League) in January 2016. Kelvin managed to play a dozen games for Verviers-Pepinster and recorded averages of 14.5 ppg and 2.9 apg.
