Justin Cobbs joins Bayern Muenchen

Justin Cobbs (191 cm, California’14) has agreed to terms on a deal to play for FC Bayern Muenchen (Germany-BBL) this 2015-16. Cobbs began the season playing for Istanbul Buyuksehir Belediyesi (Turkey-BSL). He played nine games for his former club before his departure and was able to post averages of 7.8 ppg and 3.4 apg.

In 2014-15 Justin played for the Fraport Skyliners Frankfurt (Germany-BBL). The 24-year-old Cobbs played a dozen games for them during their run in the EuroChallenge. He scored 16.3 ppg and handed out 6.1 apg. He signed with the Fraport Skyliners after playing briefly for VEF Riga (Latvia-LBL). In 3 VTB United League games Justin averaged 3.0 ppg and 1.7 apg. He also played four games for them in the Eurocup, but managed to average just 1.3 ppg during that spread.
