Josh Harrellson signs with Guayama

Josh Harrellson (208 cm, Kentucky’11) is signing with Brujos de Guayama from Puerto Rico. He started the 2012-13 season as a member of the New York Knicks, but was traded to the Houston Rockets during the pre-season. He then moved to join the Miami Heat.

Harrellson was released by the Miami Heat in January 2013. The 24-year-old played six games for the Heat, but had minimal usage from coach Erik Spoelstra, seeing him play only 5.3 minutes per game during that span. During that run Harrellson averaged 1.7 ppg and 1.2 rpg for the defending NBA Champions.
