Jazwin Cowan joins Santiago del Estero

Asociacion Quimsa Santiago del Estero (Argentina, Liga A) has a new import in the form of Jazwin Cowan (203 cm, Hampton’06). The American is certainly not stranger to the Argentine top flight, but this will be his first time playing for Santiago del Estero. Previously, Jazwin Cowan has played for Central Cordoba, San Lorenzo, Rio Tercero, La Union Formosa, and Mar del Plata in the South American country.

So far this season, the forward has brought his skills at the post to Malvin Montevideo (Uruguay, LUB). While in Montevideo, Cowan played five games and impressed with averages of 19.2 points and 7.0 rebounds per game.

His previous stint in Argentina was with Central Cordoba last season, where he played 54 games and numbered 16.1 points and 7.6 boards per contest.
