Jamie Skeen added by Sutor Montegranaro

Sutor Montegranaro from Italy’s SerieA have added Jamie Skeen (205 cm, VCU’11) for the upcoming 2013-14 season. The 25-year-old Skeen signed with Maccabi Ashdod from Israel’s Premier League for the 2012-13 season. Jamie played 27 games for them and averaged 11.6 ppg and 4.7 rpg, also helping them reach the semifinals of the Israeli Cup in 2013.

He spent his rookie season playing for ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket from France’s ProA. In 11 games in the French ProA he averaged 3.0 ppg and 1.4 rpg. In December 2011 he moved to Israel’s Ironi Ashkelon and in 19 games there he averaged 9.0 ppg and 4.8 rpg.
