Jamel McLean departs ALBA Berlin

After one season together, Jamel McLean (203 cm, Xavier’11) is parting ways with ALBA Berlin (Germany-BBL) this 2015 and hits the free agency market. This 2014/15 he appeared in 21 games for them in the Turkish Airlines Euroleague and was able to average 13.0 ppg and 5.6 rpg. Jamel logged 36 games in the domestic German league and there he posted averages of 14.3 ppg and 6.3 rpg. His solid play for the season earned him a spot in the German Bundesliga All-Star Game in 2015. He also helped his team reach the semifinals in both the German Bundesliga and German Bundesliga Cup in 2015 as well.
