Jalen Reynolds moves back to Maccabi Tel Aviv
Jalen Reynolds (209 cm, PF) is back with Maccabi Tel Aviv after spending this past season with FC Bayern Munich.
The deal was announced on Thursday.
“I am very happy and thankful for the opportunity to come back to Maccabi,” Reynolds said. “My first experience showed me Maccabi is a great club and made my decision easy this time. I can’t wait to see the arena full of amazing fans. I will bring all of my energy and focus to help the team win everything.”
Reynolds suited up for Maccabi Tel Aviv in 2019-20, appearing in 12 games. He averaged 5.7 points, 5.3 rebounds and 14 minutes a game.
Before joining Maccabi Tel Aviv for the first time, Reynolds signed with the Chinese Basketball Association’s Zhejiang Lions in the summer of 2019.
A Xavier University product, Jalen Reynolds has also played in Italy, Russia and the NBA G League during his pro career.
While with FC Bayern Munich, Reynolds contributed 13.6 points and 5.8 rebounds in 28 games in the German Bundesliga.
