Jake Toolson overseas to Göttingen

Jake Toolson (196 cm, G/F) is headed overseas. The 25-year-old American swingman has signed in the German BBL with Göttingen and coach Roel Moors. Göttingen ended this season in 12th place with a 13-21 record.

Toolson played just one game this season. In a year ravaged by the Covid-19 pandemic, Toolson, in his first year as a pro, played one game in the GLeague for Salt Lake City. He scored five points in 19 minutes.

Jake Toolson played college basketball at BYU and Utah Valley. His senior year he averaged 15.6 ppg and 3.9 assists for BYU while shooting 48.5% from beyond the arc.
