Imad Qawash moves to As de Sale

Imad Qawash (188 cm, Central Arkansas’11) is moving to As de Sale from Morocco’s D1 league after a disappointing start to the season with Czech Republic team BK Lions Jindrichuv Hradec. The Jordanian-born Canadian player and former member of the Jordanian National Team from 2007 to 2011, managed to play in only five games for Hradec. He was used minimally, averaging only 8.4 minutes of action on the floor. Imad averaged 3.2 ppg and 1.2 apg in his run in Europe.

Imad is currently penciled in as the starting PG for As de Sale and will be directing the offense for his new team. Qawash is only 26 and still has some room to improve.
