Hilton Armstrong now with Buyukcekmece

Hilton Armstrong (210 cm, Connecticut’06) is set to bolster the frontcourt of Tuyap Buyukcekmece Basketbol (Turkey-TBL) this 2015/16. The big man played for Besiktas Integral Forex Istanbul (Turkey-TBL) in 2014/15. He played 27 games for them in the Turkish league and recorded averages of 10.2 ppg and 4.7 rpg. He also appeared in 14 games for them during their run in the Eurocup and was able to produce averages of 7.2 ppg and 3.9 rpg.

Armstrong had a busy 2013-14 season bouncing between NBA and D-League teams. He began with the Indiana Pacers, but in November 2013 he signed with the Santa Cruz Warriors (D-League). A month later Hilton was picked up by the Golden State Warriors. In January he was assigned once again to the Santa Cruz Warriors. He played a total of 32 games for the Santa Cruz Warriors and averaged 12.0 ppg and 7.4 rpg. In February Armstrong was called back up to Golden State. He managed a total of 17 games for Golden State and averaged 1.9 ppg and 3.0 rpg.
