German BBL: Wuerzburg Surges to Top with 5-0 Start

They are in the midst of a scorching-hot run and are the last remaining undefeated team in the league with a 5-0 record. They have revamped their offense and have been sharing the ball quite well. Their offensive game has been on point so far this 2017-18 but they have also been able to balance it with some solid defense.

The most recent team to fall to Wuerzburg were the Walter Tigers Tuebingen (0-5). Wuerzburg managed an impressive win with a score of 84-69. They put on a clinic and had 22 assists compared to 13 by Tuebingen. The also dominated on the glass with a 32-23 advantage.

Robin Benzing led the charge for Wuerzburg with a game-high 19 points. The team had a balanced attack. The starters and the reserves contributed in this successful game.
