George Goode inks with BG Karlsruhe

George Goode (205 cm, Fairleigh Dickinson’12) has inked with German team BG Karlsruhe(ProB) to replace the injured Paul Brotherson. During the 2013-2014 season the American player turned out for two Canadian teams. He started the season with Halifax Rainmen (Canada-NBL) and averaged 12.0ppg and 5.2rpg over 29 games. In January 2014 George Goode was traded to Windsor Express (Canada-NBL) where he notched 5.8 points and 4.6 rebounds in the same number of games.

The 26-year-old former Louisville Cardinal played his rookie season in Taiwan, where he suited up for Yulon Luxgen (SBL). He only played seven games for them, but showed some potential as he averaged 14.1ppg and 7.6rpg. He left the team in January of 2013. In his senior year at Fairleigh Dickinson, George Goode averaged 12.8ppg and 7.4rpg in 29 games. He only played his senior year there. He transferred there after four seasons with Louisville.
