George Blakeney moves to Kitchener-Waterloo

George Blakeney (206 cm, UNC Pembroke’13) is heading to the Great White North to play for Kitchener-Waterloo Titans in the Canadian NBL. The franchise is a newcomer to the NBL this season and the American will lend his skills to the developing team. This will be the first station for George Blakeney this season.

During the 2015/2016 campaign, the power forward wore the colours of CAB Madeira in the Portugal LPB league. Through sixteen games he secured averages of 9.4 points and 7.4 rebounds per game. Blakeney is a product of UNC Pembroke and left the school in 2013.
