Davis Bertans now with Vitoria

Davis Bertans (203 cm) has agreed terms on a three year contract with Laboral Kutxa Vitoria (Spain, Liga Endesa and Euroleague) with the option of an NBA out every season. The small forward arrives in Spain from Serbian powerhouse Partizan NIS Belgrade where he spent the last two seasons. Last season the Latvian played in 17 Serbian KLS games and logged averages of 13.4 points and 2.4 rebounds per game.

The 21-year old prospect also features in Four Euroleague qualifying games and collected 12.5 points and 3.8 rebounds per game. Davis Bertans played for Union Olimpija Ljubljana before joining Partizan NIS and previously played in the Latvian Basketball system.
