Daryl Macon from Turkey to AEK Athens

Daryl Macon (188 cm, G) is on the move to Greece. There he will join AEK Athens and coach Ilias Papatheodorou. AEK is enjoying a great start to the A1 season as they are second in the standings with a 10-4 record.

Macon started this season in the BSL in Turkey. There he played 17 games for Galatasaray. Macon averaged 15.7 ppg and 5.5 assists. He also played six Fiba ChampionsLeague games. He put up even better numbers, averaging 19.5 ppg and 3.2 assists.

Daryl Macon played college basketball in the SEC, where he averaged 16.8 ppg and 3.9 assists his second year for Arkansas. Macon played 12 NBA games for Dallas and Miami.
