Damontre Harris agrees with Final Spor Genclik Bursa

Damontre Harris (208 cm, Campbellsville’15) has signed with Final Spor Genclik Bursa (Turkey, TBL). He comes from SK Cherkasy Monkeys (Ukraine-Superleague) where he started the 2016/2017 season. He spent the preseason with Maccabi Ashdod (Israel-Winner League), but he eventually ended up in Ukraine. Damontre Harris averaged 7 ppg in three games in the Ukranian Superleague.

After graduating from NAIA school, Campbellsville in 2015 Harris started off his career with PGE Turow Zgorzelec (Poland-TBL). He played six games for them in the FIBA Europe Cup and averaged 9.2 ppg and 7.8 ppg. Damontre also saw action in eight Polish TBL games, and there he notched averages of 10.4 ppg and 8.3 rpg. He was released by the team in December 2015. Harris eventually made his way to Pertevniyal Istanbul (Turkey-TBL) that same month. The forward played 21 games for the Turkish club and averaged 12.5 ppg and 7.8 rpg.
