Chris Ferguson moves to Liege

Chris Ferguson (206 cm, Mid-Continent’12) has signed with Belgian Ethias League team Liege Basket for the upcoming 2013-2014 season. The move will mean that the 24-year old will spend his second consecutive season in Belgian Basketball after playing this campaign with Vervier-Pepinster (Ethias League). During the season the American center played 28 games and averaged 13.8 points and 10.7 rebounds per game from 24.6 minutes per game on the court.

During his stay with Vervier-Pepinster, Chris Ferguson played an important part in the club reaching the semi-final of the Belgian Cup, although he could not prevent the team finishing last in the Ethias standings at the end of the season. The player will now stay in Belgium with Liege for what will be his second season in professional Basketball.
