Charles Jackson added by JSF Nanterre

Charles Jackson (203 cm, Hawaii-Pacific’10) has been added by JSF Nanterre for the French ProA Finals. He is coming in as a replacement for injured Chris Oliver (198 cm, Radford’07). Jackson, who goes by “C.J.” is making the jump from France’s ProB having played for Elan Bearnais Pau-Lacq-Orthez. He played 36 games there and averaged 13.5 ppg and 8.1 rpg. This move fortifies Nanterre’s front court in Finals and keeps their interior game competitive.

The 26-year-old Jackson is working his way up league ranks, just in the 2011-12 season he played in Turkey’s TB2L for Best Balikesir Basketbol Kulubu. In 36 games for Balikesir he put up averages of league-leading 19.4 ppg and 11.6 rpg.
