Bryce Cotton joins Wildcats
Bryce Cotton (185 cm, Providence’14) has been added by Australian organization, Perth Wildcats (Australia-NBL) this 2016-17. Cotton recently left Anadolu Efes Istanbul (Turkey-BSL) this 2016. He played 10 games for them in the Euroleague and averaged 8.0 ppg and 1.4 apg. In domestic Turkish league action Cotton delivered averages of 10.4 ppg and 2.3 apg in seven games. He signed with the team in August 2016.
Bryce had a busy 2015-16. After his release from the Utah Jazz in October 2015, he signed with the Phoenix Suns a month later. He was cut by the Suns in January and Bryce made his way to the Austin Spurs of the NBA D-League. He played six games there and averaged 19.5 ppg and 4.2 apg. Later month he headed to China to play for the Xinjiang Flying Tigers (China-CBA). Bryce played nine games for the Chinese team and averaged 21.2 ppg and 2.7 apg. In April the guard found his way back to the NBA via a deal with the Memphis Grizzlies. In three games he averaged 1.3 ppg.
