Bryan Davis heads to the Saints
Bryan Davis (206 cm, Texas A&M’10) has inked a deal that will take him to New Zealand to play for NBL outfit the Pacific Jewellers Saints. The American has been playing for the Reno Bighorns in the D-League most recently, where he played 52 games through the 2013/2014 season and averaged 9.5 points and 6.2 rebounds per game. Davis is a well-travelled player and the forward has taken to the court for clubs in Asia and Europe.
During the 2012/2013 campaign Bryan Davis played for four clubs. He started the season playing for Seoul Samsung Thunders (South Korea, KBL) where he averaged 10.9 points and 7.0 rebounds from ten games. He later moved to Sonic Boom KT in the same league and played fourteen games with averages of 6.4 points and 3.4 rebounds per game.
The next port of call for Davis during the 2012/2013 season was Poland to play for TBL outfit Czami Slupsk. While with the club he played ten games before moving to China to represent NBL club Jiang X1 where he had double-double averages of 26.7 points and 11.8 rebounds per game from nine appearances.
