Boris Savovic deals with Venice

Umana Reyer Venice (Italy, Serie A and Eurocup) has bolstered its roster with the addition of Boris Savovic (206 cm) for the remainder of the season. The Italian club is competing for the Serie A title while also being in the mix of the Eurocup Last 32, so the experience of the Montenegrin-Serbian could come in handy at the business end of the campaign.

Boris Savovic has been playing for Turk Telekom so far this season, suiting up in three competitions. In the TBL he played six games and averaged 9.0 points and 3.0 rebounds, while over three FIBA Europe Cup contests he impressed with 17.0 points 3.3 boards per game.

Over his career, Boris Savovic has played in Germany, Serbia, and Montenegro.
