Bobby Brown named Euroleague bwin week 4 MVP
Bobby Brown (1.88 cm, Cal State Fullerton) has been named the Euroleague bwin week 4 MVP on the heals of his 34 points in Montepaschi Siena’s come-from-behind win over Elan Chalon-sur-Saone. Brown’s MVP award was based on a performance index rating of 43 on the night, the highest in the Euroleague in nearly three years. On the night Brown was a perfect three for three inside the arc, 50% (four of eight) behind the arc and dropped in 16 of 21 (76.2%) from the free throw line.
Brown spent the 2011-12 season with EWE Baskets Oldenburg (German-BBL), where he averaged 15.8 ppg and 3.3 apg in 12 EuroChallege games, and 16.9 ppg and 4.7 apg in 34 German BBL games. Brown has also played in 113 NBA games for Sacramento, Minnesota, New Orleans and the Los Angeles Clippers, averaging 5.1 points and 1.8 assists.
