Bambale Osby signed by Kolossos

Bambale Osby (203 cm, Maryland’08) has been signed by VAP Kolossos Rodou from Greece (A1). Osby has dual citizenship in The Democratic Republic of Congo and the United States. He most recently played in France for Entente Orleans 45 (Pro A). In three games in the Eurocup Osby averaged 9.0 ppg and 2.3 rpg. He also played seven games in Pro A and had averages of 8.4 ppg and 2.7 rpg.

In the 2011-12 season Osby played for Aix-Maurienne Savoie Basket from France’s Pr0 B league. There, he averaged 14.8 ppg and 9.4 rpg as a starter.

Osby played for  TTU Korvpalliklubi Tallinn from Estonia (KML) in 2011 when the team made it to the Estonian Cup Semifinals and the Estonian League Semifinals.

At only 26-years of age, Bambale is already a well-traveled international veteran, having also played in Puerto Rico and Romania aside from the abovementioned stints in Estonia, France and now Greece.
