Anthony Smith returns to Bremerhaven

Anthony Smith (196 cm, Liberty´09) has signed a deal that will take him to Eisbaeren Bremerhaven of the German BBL Bundesliga. It will not be the first time that the guard has played with Bremerhaven after he represented the club during the 2011/2012 season. During that campaign the American played 34 games and recorded averages of 11.8 points and 3.3 rebounds per game.

Last season Anthony Smith moved to France to play in the ProA for Union Poitiers Basket 86 throughout the campaign. During his time in France he played thirty games and averaged 10.8 points and 2.8 rebounds per game. Since turning pro in 2009 the 27-year old has also played in the Spanish LEB Gold.
