Anadolu Efes extends EuroLeague winning streak to 10 games
Anadolu Efes made another outstanding performance in the EuroLeague and earned its 10th straight win.
The Turks dominated Bayern Munich on the road (63-88) and remained on top of the standings (22-3).
Efes has already secured its place in the postseason.
On the other hand, Bayern is still on the bottom of the standings, at 7-18.
In a late thriller in Belgrade, CSKA Moscow defeated Crvena Zvezda (81-86) and maintained a top-four push in the EuroLeague.
The Muscovites are at 17-8, whereas the Serbians dropped to 10-15 and are still outside the playoff zone.
Maccabi Tel-Aviv edged Valencia on the road (82-85) and is tied with CSKA for fourth in the EuroLeague standings (17-8).
On the other hand, the Spaniards dropped to 12-13 but retained the seventh place in the standings.
Barcelona rallied past Panathinaikos in Athens (81-92) and shares second place with Real Madrid.
The two Spanish giants have identical records in the EuroLeague (19-6).
For their part, the “Greens” fell to 14-11, yet their presence in the playoffs is not in jeopardy yet.
